We are deliberately not an open platform. The roster is small, curated and pseudonymous: the specialists are working principal engineers and domain leads, and we keep them off the recruiter radar so they can focus on delivery. Towards you they are fully transparent after the briefing — real name, CV, photo.

Why contract with a German entity if my team is not in Germany?
Because it gives your procurement one accountable vendor instead of a set of freelance relationships across jurisdictions. German work-contract law provides a defined deliverable, formal acceptance and statutory warranty — and for EU work, GDPR is the starting point rather than a retrofit. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
How do you handle AI accuracy and hallucination?
Honestly: we do not promise perfect output, because language models are probabilistic. What we deliver is evaluation, an audit trail, confidence tuning and a defined human escalation path — so errors become visible and bounded rather than silent.
Who can use the result afterwards?
You can, without restriction and without lock-in. The accepted work is handed over in machine-readable form with full commercial usage rights, and it stays yours when ongoing support ends. The precise wording is in our German terms, which remain the binding version.
How is this priced?
